Three types of leaders:

The pointing-finger leader.

The close-fisted leader.

The open-handed leader.

The call of Peter: What does Jesus do when he calls Peter?

The Development of Peter: What are some things Jesus does as he develops Peter into a leader?

The Commission of Peter: What did Jesus ask Peter to do?

Want to lead like Jesus? Three things:

1. Clearly define the call

2. Demonstrate in the development

3. Encourage in the commission.

BOTTOM LINE:  If you want to lead like Jesus, then you’ll serve with open hands.
