High School Connect

Details

Our mission is to Connect teens to Christ by creating helpful ministry environments! If you’ve got a high school student (9th-12th grade), then they can step into our environment every Wednesday night from 6:00-8:00!

What to Expect

Doors open at 6:00! Teens will have free time to hang out, play games, and purchase a meal and/or snacks from our concessions area.

Our service will start at 6:30 and will include worship, group games, and Biblical teaching that’s relevant for today’s high school students.

Once the service is over, teens will be dismissed to small groups where they will spend the rest of the time discussing the night’s text/topic and encouraging and praying for one another.

Students will then be dismissed at 8:00!

FAQ

Where do I drop my high school student off? You can drop them off towards the back of our church building. The door to the teen room is right next to the basketball hoop on campus. We’ll have the parking lot in that area marked off, but you should see some of our friendly volunteers standing out in the parking lot to welcome you as you drop-off!

I’ve got a middle school student as well, what about Wednesday nights for them? We offer programming for middle school students on Sunday nights from 5:00-7:00. If your middle school student is interested in filling a service role in another ministry on Wednesday nights, there will be opportunities for them. Please contact Luke if you would like to know more.

What will be served from the concession stands? We will offer a meal through our concessions stands each Wednesday night. In addition to the meal, students will also have the ability to purchase snacks (candy, chips, etc) and drinks (Powerade, soda, coffee, etc).

What is the cost for my teen(s) to buy the meal? Our concessions meal only costs $2 per person!

Will I know what is being talked about from stage and in small groups? Yes! We always update parents on our texts, topics, and discussions through our weekly email (if you haven’t subscribed, let Luke know you want in)! You’ll also be given a hand out by our parking lot volunteers each time you drop off your student. This handout will include questions you can ask your teen(s) on the way home!

Who do I contact if I have any questions or concerns? You can contact Luke Sayre by email: luke@corinth.cc or by phone: 210-701-9158.
